Does Jack's experience resonate with other employees working at Kenyan startups?
Your comment invalidates everything. Where is empathy?
If Jack's sentiments are true - I think he shouldn't be worried about defamation cases -
the idea is that - he spoke his mind. Why should he be worried about being taken to court
if what he said is true - isn't truth supreme? I think we need to create working environments where employees can speak out - and not feel intimidated. Employees should share their frustrations
and share with sincerity of how they feel
